Our History

The Tucson (AZ) Chapter was organized by Kathryn Maxwell Dixon in 1961.  She invited a group of 16 ladies to work in a club for a year as a prerequisite for membership into The Links Incorporated.  With the support and sponsorship of The Phoenix (AZ) Chapter of The Links Incorporated, The Tucson  (AZ)   Chapter was voted into Linkdom at the   National Assembly held in French Lick, Indiana in the summer of 1962. On November 23, 1962 fifteen members installed to what is now know as The Tucson Chapter of The Links Incorporated. Charter Members:
